Delivery Information
Cash on Delivery applies only in Cyprus
Shipping within Cyprus:
- Orders above €15 delivery is free. Orders below delivery is €5
- Orders are shipped within Monday and Saturday between 8:00 to 16:00. Before delivering, telephone appointment is closed with the customer to arrange place and time.
- You can also receive your orders from our shops without any shipping costs. In this case you should first make sure that your status of your order is in ‘Processed’ by visiting the ‘Order History’ from the website.
- Areas we do not cover, shipping is done via courier.
International Shipping:
- Not all products can be shipped, only selected. Check if the product can be shipped in the details page of the product.
- Countries that are not covered by the Cyprus Post, shipping can be done through selected courier after we get in contact with you.
- Shipment fees are calculated according to weight and the price lists of Cyprus Post and EPG courrier.

EPG Europe A Priority: Shipments are delivered at home. Usuall delivery time is about 5-10 business days.
Cyprus Post International A Priority: Shipments are processed with high priority, depending on the quality standards of the destination country. Usuall delivery time is about 7-10 business days.
Cyprus Post International B Priority: Shipments are processed with less priority, depending on the quality standards of the destination country. Usuall delivery time is about 7-15 business days.
For orders above 15kg please contact us.
When submitting your order an email is sent with your order. You do not need to do anything else. Your order is on its way and you can see the processing from ‘Order History’. If there is an abnormality and will contact with you.
