Returning defective product
Our company takes every possible measure to all products (regardless of type) to be packed carefully in order to arrive it’s destination undamaged. We know that the products listed could be fragile and we take all necessary actions (in cooperation with our carriers), so such items are to be dispatched in special packaging in order to protect from damage during transport or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk these products be damaged when shipped to you. Also in very rare cases, it is possible to receive a product with a defect.
For this reason, and regardless of whether your right of withdrawal is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt. If you receive the product without any concern, it means that you unconditionally accept the product from our company. If, however, at the time of receipt you notice any damage and/or a defect in the product, you can return the product, at no cost to you. You can let us know by contacting us by phone, informing us if you wish to send your new replacement or if you wish to cancel the order and refund you the amount of product/products you return. If you wish to send your new product replacement, we will send your message directly to confirm your new order.
Returns due to delivery error
In the case that the products or products delivered wrong quantity or delivered wrong product please call us to investigate the issue. In this case, the product return costs are covered by the company as well as costs return to the client.
Return of a product
- Returns of food/drinks can not be accepted.
- The customer has the right to return the goods within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The customer must return the product in its original condition, without having been opened or used. The return type is accepted only if the first buyer has paid any amount that the company incurred in sending its kind to him and shipping costs for returning the item.
- A full refund will be made using the same method used to make the payment
- Delivery costs will not be refunded.
